Prior to becoming a real estate agent, worked on Wall Street, taught programming and computer science, and is a nationally recognized expert in database technologies. Over his career, Alfred has gained experience working in a number of real estate related areas including renovation and property management.
Alfred’s approach to real estate focuses on using his knowledge of the market to match his client’s requirements to available properties (vacation, retirement or investment) in Sussex country, with an emphasis on the Delaware beaches (Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, and Bethany Beach) area and west into the towns of Milton, Millsboro, and Milford.
Alfred is now a full-time resident of Rehoboth Beach and truly enjoys living the beach lifestyle, with activities such as cycling, boating, enjoying the nature trails that are all available in the Delaware beach communities.

Andy is a community advocate, committed to fitness, and lives in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Andy was voted Sussex County Realtor® of the Year by his peers, and has served as the Chairman of the Delaware Real Estate Commission. He has served on the boards of a number of local charities including the YMCA of Delaware, the Delaware Community Foundation, and leadership council for Camp Rehoboth.
In his spare time, Andy is an accomplished triathlete (5x Ironman), ultra-marathon runner, and weight-loss advocate. On most early mornings he can be found training for his next endurance race, like Ironman Florida which he intends to compete in 2018. In 2011 Andy founded a non-profit to fund training and education programs battling childhood obesity. The organization has donated thousands of dollars to local organizations such as the Sussex Family YMCA and the Sussex Child Health Promotion Coalition’s Shore Camp for Kids.
Prior to his move to Rehoboth Beach, Andy was an Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton where he focused on strategy and policy matters as it relates to security and privacy.
Andy has a B.A. in Political Science from Longwood University, and MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Chet also knows homes. As a self-employed general contractor for over 12 years, he has an extensive knowledge of all aspects of residential homes and building systems. He has built successful businesses in various locales in PA and in DE. Understanding the nature of neighborhoods and the values associated with home ownership Chet also enjoys the hands-on, hard-working kind of jobs.
And so, Chet brings with him a keen understanding of people, their hopes and dreams while also understanding the concrete and tangible nuts and bolts of what it takes to build, maintain, and enjoy a house one calls home.

Originally from York County and Lancaster County, PA, Chet loves Sussex County’s coastal climate, environment, and easy going life-style. With numerous degrees in the Social Sciences, Chet also enjoys reading, golfing, and renovating older homes.

I have a Master’s degrees in the Art of Teaching and Learning Disability Teacher-Consultant/Supervisor, as well as, a lifetime of experience in the educational field. Additionally, I was the president of the Morris County, NJ, Council of Education Associations representing over 12,000 education members. I was also the education advisor to the Rotary Interact /RYLA club of Morristown High School and Cape Henlopen High School where I participate in the RYLA leadership weekend, Pedals for Progress Program and Taste of Morristown, all annual events. Additionally, I am also member of the Rehoboth Beach Historical Society and one of the newest members of the Village Improvement Association (VIA) of Rehoboth Beach.
I now live at the beach in Lewes, DE where I reside with my two dogs, a Shih Tzu, Lucy and Shih-Poo, Lelieux in Henlopen Landing.
