Over the years, I have seen and experienced many changes in the local market including the housing boom (and bust!), changes in state and local laws, and a significant increase in new construction. I have also watched as my community (and many others) has transformed from a weekend only community to a mostly full-time community.
I know that buying or selling a home can be a stressful experience for anyone, and the process can be particularly intimidating to the uninitiated. As your agent, I will use my experience and expertise to lighten the load by talking you through the process before you get started, and then walking you through each step of the process when you are ready to buy or sell.
As a former reliability and chemical process engineer, I understand the importance of demystifying a process: the better you understand what to expect, the less stress you will experience. The more relaxed you are, the better the home buying/selling experience. We will tend to your needs throughout the process, and ultimately achieve the best result for you. I would be glad to be your guide.
I have served as President of my community home owners association and continue to be active in my community. In my spare time, I enjoy running, walking Peaches, my 14y/o Black Lab, and drinking beer at all the many craft breweries throughout Delmarva.
