As a life-long resident and visitor to Sussex County, Andy has watched our vacation community grow into a unique and thriving opportunity for full time and part time residents alike. As an active investor, Andy can provide you with the tools and resources needed to evaluate prospective investment properties.
Andy is a community advocate, committed to fitness, and lives in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Andy was voted Sussex County Realtor® of the Year by his peers, and has served as the Chairman of the Delaware Real Estate Commission. He has served on the boards of a number of local charities including the YMCA of Delaware, the Delaware Community Foundation, and leadership council for Camp Rehoboth.
In his spare time, Andy is an accomplished triathlete (5x Ironman), ultra-marathon runner, and weight-loss advocate. On most early mornings he can be found training for his next endurance race, like Ironman Florida which he intends to compete in 2018. In 2011 Andy founded a non-profit to fund training and education programs battling childhood obesity. The organization has donated thousands of dollars to local organizations such as the Sussex Family YMCA and the Sussex Child Health Promotion Coalition’s Shore Camp for Kids.
Prior to his move to Rehoboth Beach, Andy was an Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton where he focused on strategy and policy matters as it relates to security and privacy.
Andy has a B.A. in Political Science from Longwood University, and MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Chet also knows homes. As a self-employed general contractor for over 12 years, he has an extensive knowledge of all aspects of residential homes and building systems. He has built successful businesses in various locales in PA and in DE. Understanding the nature of neighborhoods and the values associated with home ownership Chet also enjoys the hands-on, hard-working kind of jobs.
And so, Chet brings with him a keen understanding of people, their hopes and dreams while also understanding the concrete and tangible nuts and bolts of what it takes to build, maintain, and enjoy a house one calls home.
Chet promises to bring to the potential buyer and client the same hard working, listening, sensitive, creative relationship building kind of resources that has made him successful throughout his career.
Organizing large groups of volunteers, working extensively with Habitat for Humanity in the various communities where he has resided, and becoming an active participant in various community institutions has allowed Chet to give back in service to others.
Originally from York County and Lancaster County, PA, Chet loves Sussex County’s coastal climate, environment, and easy going life-style. With numerous degrees in the Social Sciences, Chet also enjoys reading, golfing, and renovating older homes.
